4. Account Registration

5. Pricing and Payment
Dowork offers Pay As You Go and Enterprise Plans. Fees are outlined on our pricing page. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
6. Call Data & Integrations
Our Services may record and transcribe calls. You acknowledge it is your responsibility to ensure that recording and handling of call data complies with applicable laws. We integrate with third-party call tracking and lead management systems at your direction.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to our Services belong to Dowork or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. No Revenue Sharing
Our pricing model is usage-based, billed per minute of call time. We do not require any share of your revenue.
9. Compliance & Data Protection
We strive to comply with applicable regulations, including FCC requirements. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all relevant laws and industry standards.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dowork, its affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dowork, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease using the Services.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on our website and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
