Tying different tools together won’t be the same; we’ve added webhook integration! To put it shortly – webhook integration will allow you to connect various tools you are using. For example, you can connect Slack, Asana, and other tools to Dowork.ai and get notified whenever something new happens.
A lot of people are using Zapier or Pabbly Connect to automate their work. Now, with the webhook integration gone live on Dowork.ai, you will be able to automate your work even better. And concentrate on the most important items on your to-do list.
Previously, we only had a Jira connection for the Free Plan and Jira synchronization for the Pro Plan on Dowork.ai. Dowork.ai users could connect their Jira to Dowork.ai and see all the changes in real-time on both ends. With the webhook integration, you will be able to connect thousands of other tools too.
As a bit of context for those who have never tried webhooks, let me explain them in a few words. A webhook is an automated message sent from an app whenever something new happens. For example, if you connect your Dowork.ai workspace to your Slack workspace, you can be notified every time a teammate creates a new project in your Dowork.ai workspace.
In other words, webhooks allow two different apps (in this case, Slack and Dowork.ai) to “speak” to each other. You can use Zapier to manage and automate the flow of information between two apps, one always being your Dowork.ai account if you already have one.
To access webhook integration, log in to your Dowork.ai account, go to the Integrations page and choose “Webhook.” You can learn how to set up your integrations in this short Loom video made by our team.
